Introducing Gizmo 2.0
Gizmo takes its largest leap yet, expanding from CRM to a full-featured lending platform.

2.0 is our largest release yet, offering a culmination of features that no other platform currently offers in the same application. With this release, Gizmo doesn't just boost your conversion from a CRM / communications angle, but enhances your entire end-to-end lending process.

Before reading this announcement, we recommend taking a look at the Gizmo 2.0 tour, a fully-interactive demo that allows you to use Gizmo 2.0 without any setup required.
At 2-3 minutes long, this is the fastest way to get a hands-on experience and see exactly what the workflow looks like as a user of the platform.
What's new?
Prior to this release, loan officers would pull credit in Gizmo and then switch over to their LOS (typically Encompass) to carry on from there.
With Gizmo 2.0, we've integrated a large portion of those "next steps" into the same interface.
You can now take an application all the way from pulling credit to running dual AUS, all within Gizmo.
Application view
Entering a loan file now contains 4-5x the amount of information, with real-time collaboration / sync across all fields and the ability to take a file all the way through running dual AUS.

This update also includes the architectural groundwork for Gizmo POS - which will combine Point Of Sale Portal Visibility for things like Tasks and Document uploads with the same view as your CRM.

Pulling credit will navigate users to the "Credit" page, where they can see the credit report loading and eventually populate without refreshing.

Liabilities are imported automatically and always synced 1:1 with Encompass. You can exclude, payoff, search or update any field with zero load-time.

Enhanced conditions are available, synced and able to be subscribed to for notifications.
Gizmo Calendar
Gizmo Calendar is a white-labeled, designed-for-conversion scheduling tool that serves as a drop-in replacement for Calendly.

Gizmo Calendar replaces the existing Outlook / Calendly integrations with a deeply-integrated, higher-converting and more customizable solution.
When Gizmo POS is released in the coming months / weeks, your scheduling portal will co-exist with the borrower portal. Meaning borrowers' first interaction with your brand will be the place they return to once enrolled for things like E-Signing, document upload etc.
- You have a hosted booking portal on our domain (abc-lending.usegizmo.com) and can add your own custom domain in one click. Gizmo branding is invisible in lieu of your own.
- Fully customizable Event Types including time slots, custom form fields and more.
- Users can add unlimited Calendar Integrations at a time, with support for Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Scheduling conflicts are handled automatically.
Pipeline
Your Gizmo Pipeline has been upgraded to allow rich filter / sorting capabilities, along with Custom Views, Favorites, Data Export, Mass Text / Email and Custom Dialing.

- Save any combination of sorts, filters and column visibility as a "View" - either to your Organization (as an Admin) or at a Team Member level.
Encompass integrations
The integration with Encompass has been streamlined and expanded to simplify setup, syncing and user experience.
- State Licenses are now automatically synced - no need to manually refresh / sync.
- State licenses can now be added in Gizmo and will automatically update Encompass.
What's next?
Soon, we will roll out the ability to send and track documents within Gizmo. To start, this will be an LOS integration reliant upon your current POS.
Gizmo POS is under development as of today, and expected to be released with 1-2 months. This will be a separate offering and a seamless transition for those who decide to switch.
